    Speed is variable. However, the bad thing with DSL is how unreliable the connection is. Oh look! A cloud overhead! Blast it! Disconnected!

    IRT Dreamer: Cable better then DSL?

    Depends on what kind of cable and what kind of DSL are you talking about, and the quality of service of that specific ISP, as well as the quality of the available lines. Most DSL standards run over telephone lines, and old lines make it unreliable. Cable is more likely to have lower latencies too. On the other hand, the new XDSL short-cable variant the Chinese will be using in Hong Kong and Shangai is one of the faster broadband services ever.

    mm. In conclusion, I find any edible substance from Italy to be absolutely, delectable, and.....uuhhggggnnnnnn. That just may be the influence of my 1/4 Italian roots, but I love all Italian food.
